Can people list companies who pay per signup to free services, such as ebay and linkshare. Preferably ones who pay .50 to a dollar (or more) for new sign ups.

I believe commission junction (http://www.cj.com/) does that..

If I remember correctly, commission junction stopped all the pay per clicks earlier this month.

He is talking about CPA, not CPC -

CJ.com are still doing that
