I'm wondering if it's possible to add for example a new e-mail account to a customer who has exausted all his e-mail accounts in his plan without having to modify the plan itself.
- Let's say that plan A gives 5 e-mail accounts.
- Mr. xxxx who signed for plan A has exausted all his e-mail accounts.
- Mr. xxxx asks me to add a new e-mail account paying for it.
May I do it?
I'm asking this because I'd like to add a price for new email accounts or ftp access I could set but I wonder if this something that is possible to do.

- Under Account Functions, click Modify an Account

- Click the domain name of Mr. xxxx, then Click Edit.

If you are a reseller and your root didn't give you "modify" option, I think the best is to add another package, then use the "Upgrade/Downgrade" function to do so.

You can do it as cyber said, but some hosts sometimes don't allow for you to modify an account, therefore the only way might be to create a new plan and upgrade them to it.
