Check out www.Bobcares.com. I heard lots of good reviews about them, they've expanded a lot. And you would think english would be a problem, but they speak really good english. Good Luck:D

I would highly recommend www.eHostCare.com for their professional service and economical prices. Should you have any questions about their services they offer ask one of their online chat representatives for Raj and he will call you back instantly and discuss in detail their solutions.

I signed up with them just yesterday and I must say that this is one of the best things that happened to me and my company in regards to technical support which could be a disaster sometimes....well you could say most of the time :)

Greetings:

The areas to be careful when picking some one to provide server management:

1. If you need monitoring, how good is the monitoring system?

2. Are you getting exactly what you are paying for? i.e. if you are paying too little, are you getting too little?

http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=160080 is a thread that deals with #1 and #2.

3. Does the provider offer any form of customer oriented service level agreements that make them completely responsible to A) install only the necessary security patches within a specific time frame after they are released, and B) ensure they don't break your system because of a bad patch (without concern over why the patch is bad)?

4. I'm also not sure if it matters who long the provider has been in business, whether they have multiple employees so you are not dependent on one person, and if they can grow with you as your needs change.

Thank you.
