Can any one help me locate a reliable host....

with 50 MB - 75 MB space

with at least 2 Sub domains with it (i can pay extra for setup) but i need it within the space alloted and with the following features...

1) PHP
2) MySQL
3) FTP
4) Shell access
5) cgi-bin - SSI

.....and other standard features

in about $75-$80/year ???

how much bandwith?
