Anyone using the Smart Hosting Control Panel?

I have been through the demo, pretty nice, does alot of things including auto signup, invoicing and billing.

Are they using all of the RedHat components, ie Bind, Sendmail, Apache...etc?

I would appreciate any feedback you might have as I have been looking at the likes of Plesk, Ensim, web.cp...etc.

We just started using http://www.smarthostingtools.com/ on our Linux servers for our shared hosting customers.

Outside of time zone difference and delays in getting some needed features installed, they have been good to work with on an overall basis.

The version we use now supports both IP and name based hosting as well as optional FrontPage 2002 server extensions.

Is the account and domain setup automated, or just billing is?

Do you still need to enter something manually? What?

Its really all automated, but you do need a cybercash or authorize.net account for it to be.
