...what do you think of the service? I'm looking for a managed dedicated server solution and I really like the look of the Pentium IV dedicated server they have on offer for £199. I've searched the forums and heard nothing but good things about this company but I still have a few concerns.

This first is I suspect the vast majority of their customers are using their shared servers. Has anyone got a dedicated server with them and if so how is the service, performance and support?

Also, and I know this sounds a bit strange, but I noticed Clook are not VAT registered. Now I'm not expert in this field but that suggests to me that Clook are not making that much money as do you not have to start paying VAT on services and goods sold if you generate over a specific level of profit a year? This coupled with the fact that they have only been on the go since last year just makes me think that although they might offer great services and prices they may also be bust this time next year. :(

I guess I'm just looking for feedback on how good their managed dedicated servers are and hopefully some assurances from someone that these guys will be around for a long time to come.

The staff over at Clook are extremely knowledgeable and professional in my experience and I'm sure if you decide to go with them then you'll receive a great service.

The VAT limit is not actually on profit, it's on turnover (IIRC). There are lots of valid reasons for putting off registering for VAT as long as possible. I wouldn't let this put you off with Clook - however with some companies it can be a warning flag.

their support one of the most good in this
business at this stage!

I was a reseller from them before going into dedicated market... thumbs up for them... i recommend without any problems :)

Their managed dedicated plan are really attempting.
It looks like exactly what I am looking for-"dedicated reseller account" . I do not need to touch anything like SSH.
