I see alot of sites are on ev1.net, are all these people on rackshack? or do other hosts use ev1?

EV1Servers does not offer colocation to my knowledge. Thus all Servers that are coming up as EV1 are Rackshack/EV1Servers's servers that are leased/rented by clients of thiers. |
