You might want to check for abusive scripts.

yes, i will be moving one full site to a powerful server soon
(site serving most dynamic content with +8000 unique daily).. and this Raq have no power for it

It certainly seems to be pushing the little blue pizza box up there. Either the application is poorly coded, or there is just oo much happening. Either you need to work on optimizing the application(s), or step up to something meatier.
