I have been looking round, but cant find anything so far. I am after a web based dns management package, where an admin user can allow clients to manage/create their own records. It can be any type of license. The main problem i found was that this type of thing was within a larger package, where all I need is the DNS bit.

I think webmin http://www.webmin.com/webmin/ has it. And it is easy to strip out other modules.
