I tried the usuall fixes - resetting the accounts password, restarted cPanel, /scripts/upcp but nothing helps. and restarted cpanel. It is listening ok on port 2083. lsof | grep 2083 shows tht it is listening on port 2083. Does anybody here have any suggestions on what more could be done to fix the problem?
