Ok i am lost here..

We are listed in yahoo under a place where we could be a Sponsored Site as seen here:
http://dir.yahoo.com/Business_and_Economy/Business_to_Business/Communications_and_Networking/Internet_and_World_Wide_Web/Network_Service_Providers/Hosting/Web_Site_Hosting/WhitePages/wp_22.html

Ok but when i go to list this site as a Sponsored Site here:
http://dir.yahoo.com/Business_and_Economy/Business_to_Business/Communications_and_Networking/Internet_and_World_Wide_Web/Network_Service_Providers/Hosting/Web_Site_Hosting/
it will not let me, any one else have this problem with them. But the site right under us Voxel Dot Net, Inc could be listed, It would of let me sign that one up if i wanted to pay to have it as a Sponsored Site but it's not my site.

If you are not sure what a Sponsored Site site is look at http://dir.yahoo.com/Business_and_Economy/Business_to_Business/Communications_and_Networking/Internet_and_World_Wide_Web/Network_Service_Providers/Hosting/Web_Site_Hosting/ you will see it there the site are listed more out to the front.. That is what we are trying to do. Our URL in yahoo.com is www.evortech.com and it is listed but there system says its not. So i am lost as to how to get it list as a Sponsored Site...

Any one used this Sponsored Site thing from here how does it work any good?

Man try to get some one from yahoo to e-mail you any thing is a pain.. :(

Ok but when i go to list this site it will not let meI'm not sure what "list this site" means, but it's on the list and when I click it I go to the vortech web site. What does "it will not let me" mean? (This almost could go on that tech support thread, I've many times had to elicit descriptions from people telling me their computer won't "let" them do something about what that means -- it's physically restraining you?)
But not the site right under use Voxel Dot Net, Inc could be listed it would of let me sign that one up if i wanted to pay but not my our site.Sorry, I really can make no sense of that one.
Man try to get some one from yahoo to e-mail you any thing is a pain.. :( [/B]No offense intended, but you should make sure that the email you send them is a little more coherent than this post, otherwise it wouldn't surprise me that yahoo, of all places, would simply choose to not deal with it.

OK, I found what you're talking about, but not at any of the links in your post. If anyone else wants to take a look, go to
https://ecom.yahoo.com/fast/sponsor
And, as Vortech says, if you type in www.evortech.com (the url in their listing) you are told the site is not eligible, but if you try hosting.voxel.net you are able to proceed.

I don't see a reason. How long have you been listed? Maybe they have a database that needs to be refreshed or something...

Gotta say, I'm stumped too. It must be frustrating!

Let us know if you get an answer from yahoo. It's very disappointing that a company that charges so much for listing doesn't manage to provide some semblance of customer service...

We did... They had to fix our listing some how it was not listed right to be able to do that.. Seems fixed now.. :)
