I'm looking for a good shared NT host that I can comfortably grow with. Based on research over the past week and review of many posts on this board I have eliminated several.

I have heard a generally positive comments about Pegasus (features, support, price, etc.) but would like to narrow the feedback down a bit.

Please provide your feedback (positive or negative) on Pegasus, specifically my needs are...

At first:
- NT Advanced plan
- ASP components (like from Server Objects, ASPMail, ASPUpload, etc.)
- basic database (ODBC to Access)
- will use Macromedia UltraDev
- Flash
- email
- good control panel interface and functionality (like to handle most config myself), however,
- good toll-free phone support while getting site developed

Growing (hopefully quickly) to:
- expand "At first" list to include....
- Ecommerce Pro (NT)
- Miva Merchant 3.0
- SQL database
- good toll-free phone support while getting ecommerce features developed

i've been with pegasus before. (1-2months ago)
their support was a little slow.
(apparently, they were short-staffed that particular week)

I quit, and got my money back.
Their support was especially slow when i was trying to get my darn money back.


But thats my unfortunate experience, i havent heard many other unhappy customers from Pegasus, so i think i am an exception.
