Just wanted to mention here. I recently bought my first dedicated server from Credible Host, reselling for Nocster. I was ignorant to the whole process of signing up, asked a lot of questions, what did server name mean and what not. Bonnie at Credible Host was VERY FAST at answering all of my questions, usually within minutes.

In paying for the server, her software didn't want to let me log in to make the payment. Again, support issues were answered within minutes and she even worked out an alternate (not through her ClientExec program) payment option since I was experiencing log-in difficulties.

Nocster was SLOW in getting my server set up (11 days!!) but Bonnie was helpful in being a go between for Nocster and myself and resolving the issues.

Now, happy to say, I have my surver. Everything's up and running and no problems at all. Currently uploading my sites, actually...

So Bonnie and Credible Host get an A+ in customer service and client relations from me :D
