Hi,
Is there anyone using MChost.com's service? If so will you tell me your URL and what you think of the service. I am just looking at going with them, and would like to see what other people think first.
Thanks, Tariq

:agree:
They frequent this board a lot.
I don't have a site with them, but have only heard good things:cool:
I would have no reservations about recommending MCHost.
But, you may want to wait for someone that's actually using them to reply.
I'm sure, if you use the search function on this board, that you'll read nothing but good things about them. :agree:

Well I use them...
There's been a few problems with CPanel and the like lately which has been a little frustrating but like most of the others on their own forums I've taken it to be teething troubles.
So's to avoid getting in trouble on this forum here's a non commercial URL on the MChost servers...

I'd say go for it personally... you could do far worse :)

Thanks a lot for that. You say that you have had some teething problems. Are they anything that would affect my customers? (ie. Will any of the minor problems you have had cause downtime or cause stuff to be lost in the process of FTP or any data to be deleted o temporarily moved from the server?
I am not trying to knock MCHost.com, which so far looks like an excellent service, but am just doing the sensible thing and doing my homework.
I hope you understand this, Marc, as you seem like a decent guy, and your company certainly seems excellent.
Thanks once again to everyone that has helped.

Hi,
There was a few hiccups owing to a few changes to an anonymous dns service as well as the problems that hit the datacenter (this affected a lot of hosts and not just Mchost)
Overally if you want more opinions from actual Mchost users I'd go to forums.mchost.com and ask there...
Hope that helps
:)

:D I would definitely sign up with Mchost. Their customer support is just outstanding – a lot of times when I need support they will reply within 2 hours. Personally, I believe that it is very important to have an efficient customer support behind your reseller account.
I have used several hosts before including Verio but so far – Mchost is the best.
Before you sign up go and have a look at their support forum and you will also notice how fast they reply to support requests in the forum.
I'm with MCHost. Solid network, even better support. I don't see how there could be anyone better.

Thanks a lot for all your help people. I am encouraged to see the level of support offered for MCHost, and even more encouraged that some of it is even coming from apparent competitors.
I have spoken ot my people at this end and unless there are ny disasters on the way, we will sign up with them later on today.
Once again I would like to thank everyone her for all their help. You have been absolutely great.
