Anybody else that as been <screwed> by classichostingtool.com/classicsoftwares.com ?

I have purchased 2 license of their Windows Control Panel and I have waited for them 2 weeks and almost everyday I send a mail to them and they replay that they can to the installation the same day, but nothing happens...

Am I alone or is their anybody ho had a functional Windows Control Panel if so, or if same thing happen to you please send me a mail...

Because I think they are <screwing> people...

Sorry for my bad words, (that I now have censured) , but I am really mad right now, and want to find out if I the only stupid person that has been fooled be these people (classichostingtool.com)

I have not purchased the product but I went to the site to take a look at it. The demo is full of broken links and well from what very little of what worked I was not impressed. Good luck on trying to get your money back because from what I saw that is all I would be trying to do. :smokin:

What I would suggest is a little bit of consumer guerrilla action.

Start a new post, delete the expletives, but state the facts.

I'd phrase it something like

-- An Open Letter to Classic Hosting Tool --,

On <date>, I purchased two licenses of your Windows Control Panel. I bought your software because <list reasons here>

Your policies and procedures are to personally install each software.

You sent me email promising that it would be installed on <list each one individually>, however as of this moment my licenses have not been installed.

Please let me know on WebHostingTalk when I can expect my software to be installed, or my $780 payment refunded.

Your Name Here

and then email the link to their support desk.

If they are an honest vendor, then they will do the right thing and install your licenses right away, apologizing several times while they do it.

If they give you flak, you should cancel your order and then call your credit card to reverse the charges.

If their control panel is supposed to be for Windows, I'm wondering why all the "Not Found" errors in the control panel demo read Apache/1.3.19 Server at www.classichostingtool.com Port 80.

For Better installation we do each installation personally setting your server to eXperience the Hosting World.

Ah... okay... :eek:
