I think these forums server as a cathartic release, allowing us to vent about rotten hosts. It's better than shooting them, maybe.

Yes, and thankfully God (ie. Sysadmin) hasn't struck us down too often when we start to vent or babble. It's part of the great appeal of this place that we all get to know each other on a more personal level than just doling out advice and opinion. I've said it before but I like to mention my happiness regarding it. *grin* After all, the net is about people sometimes too :)

Well pukeface is nasty, but the smile right now is pretty cool :P. Sometimes you just want to :wavey: and make sure when they aint looking a middle finger. Matt is pretty good about letting us talk out our points whether they be valid or not. The only time I can remember that he really got on anyone was when the now gone DaveyJ started. Maybe I shouldn't even say his name. Speak of the devil and he shall arise. But sometimes we all need a place to just yell as loud as we can, or i should say type as loud as we can. We are all human, at least that i know of.

Matt, just in case pukeface isn't working as it should... the GIF may have got corrupted perhaps???... do let me know if you would like our design team to create another similar animated pukeface for you. I would be glad to have this done for this friendly forum... for no charge at all :)

Found the problem, eventually. For now I've just removed the :p replacement so :pukeface: now works.

but :p doesn't....

I've changed :pukeface: to :sickface: (will do global find and replace shortly). But I don't know how to get :p back, anyone help?

Done, and uploaded for SysAdmins approval :D I don't know if it was copyrighted though, so I just sent him an email with the link for now. If he says it was in the public domain then hopefully he'll soon grab and install it!

Hmm, oh great.. puking smileys... *smile* Actually at least it's better than another I saw a while ago. Same size smiley, more vomit, and even had a 'nose stream' thing happening as well. :)

Because it's not an animated icon. Look at its eye, one has a wink in it. Also, the sarcasm one has a sarcastic smirk on its face.

I never did get any reply at all from my email on the modified icon I made.. did it get lost? I'll try another, I guess :-)
