I have just set an account with reseller-center (http://www.reseller-center.com) and i want to share my experinace with them uptill now.
i have set the acount about 10 days ago so it is the 1st impression
1- the plans
a- i think it is great as i got windows and linux hosting in the same package.
b- they have doubled the space with no extra cost
c- the h-sphere plan which i have signed in is very fine for me but any way h-sphere is too much complicated than cpanel but i think it is the only option to offer hosting over linux and windows

2- uptime and servers
I did not face any problems uptill now and i think it is so far for me to review for the uptime . i will review it again after one or 2 months

3- Support
This is the main reason that i made this post for. the support is perfect. they support team is so friendly and they are willing to help you any way they can. I have several accounts with other hosts so i can know the difference.
the response time is within minutes and you can also post in their forum and you will get them replied in minutes too.

i belive that reseller-center are new and they are making their best so if any one have good or bad experinace with them please comment .

Well glad to hear someone who is happy witht here hosting. Might try comming back in 3 months and see if opinion is the same.

ya you are right. i have the account days ago and got one month free. so i will be there at least for 2 months.
i made the post to get comments form clients that have been there longer time.
But any way hosting is a service and the human part is most important and i think if they could keep their support at that level they will be my 1st choice

Nobody has been there much longer than you... they are a new service provider. I also purchased an account and I'm very, very pleased with the service up to this point. The forums are manned 24/7, customer support is now near 100% and they take care of little "problems" that arise from being a new host. In addition, they seem to be able to follow the plan they laid out to the "t" so everything is going off without a hitch.

Best part is if you come in now while they need clients, you can get some very good deals on a reseller plan. Basically, I started the plan and will host no more than 6-10 people just so I they can pay for my hosting... most of those will be people I know so support will not be that high.

To be honest I don't think we will know the real guts of this company until Feb/Mar 04. A review before this time is ok but I want to see what happens when they start to get a large customer base.

I am back after about 3-4 months with reseller ceneter. Now i can confirm my review , They are doing fine and so great support. I think RC clients will agree with me in that review.

I also think, that for now, Reseller-Center follow the right way!
