Is it worth getting fantastico? I run Cpanel on alot of my servers but I was wondering if anyone noticed a sales increase with fantastico?

We haven't had a major increase since adding it, but it is great to have non the less and clients absolutely love it.

I think it is definitely worth it!

Besides that Kosmo works his tail off to help you with any problems and makes updates (if needed to fix) within hours!!

cons you do have to either support it and or request update it


in the end we have a couple boxes with it, wont push the issue further nor promote it either.

Definitely makes for a nice list of Hosting Account Features, even if when all is said and done, people don't make heavy use of a lot of what's included...

I really like it , it helps the clients be able to install things without tapping support

I agree that most customers don't use it. But, even they are impressed that it's there. :)

I don't think you'll realise a higher sales ratio for having Fantastico, and a valid opinion would be that it's just another thing to go wrong.

Having said that, we offer Fantastico and it is received by our clients very positively.

Everybody offers bandwidth/disk space/e-mail etc. It's nice to add a few bells and whistles now and again.

I'd recommend it overall - perceived value is the name of our collective game (hosting) after all.
