But if you get them from a reseller, they are generally cheap...like cpanel licenses.

Except non-US providers, I have no re-course of action if I am ripped off.

Lots of people can sell you HSphere license, and lots will also be your first line of support too, rather than send you to PSoft.

I don't think TOO many will be your first level of support.. we surely won't be able to offer that.. If you knew what we pay per license vs what we sell them at.. it isn't a business to be in if your looking to make money and be competitive.. selling hsphere licenses (Atleast for us) is a way to attract new business.. not make money :)

[edit] Crucial part left out.. we generally provide first level support to CUSTOMERS who purchase hsphere licenses (IE dedicated server customers) but not external licenses.

It looks like I will be choosing Sprynex, based on the fact they are active within the forums and are US based. They appear to be crediable.

We got our H-Sphere installed on our servers by PSoft and we are very satisfied with the end results. We had to fight for a few options to integrated but now we are the ones doing the french translation of H-Sphere directly for Psoft.

Personaly, I think its a good product and offers pretty much everything we needed.
