Hi, i host my sites with www.energyhosting.com and would like subdomains with them eg

Im looking for about 100 of these and they want to charge $150 is that a reasonable price?

Is $150 include extra space? and it is montly price or one time fee?

But I believe it is a bit high if there isn't any extra space and bandwidth for it.

just my 1+1 cents.

Subdomains should be free. Are you getting a ded. server or a shared hosting plan ?

If it's a dedicated server....it should be free. If its virtual hosting, then that prices seems about right. Just my opinion.

Only one question that may put a different spin on things... Would you have to make all the setting changes or would they have to put them through the system themselves?

If it's them then may'be it's a one off admin charge...

than it should depends on how much u r paying per month for the hosting fee.

Because I believed that those 100 subdomains will used up a lot of bandwidth.

3 cents now:D

As someone already said: if you suppose the host to set them up it is more resonable...

consider switching hosting to someone who doesn't have a limit on subdomains (or includes a couple hundred), and who has a control panel that lets you add and delete them yourself.
