I have setup my nameservers on my dedicated server.
The nameservers are registered. When I try to access
the site xxxxx.com with my browser it will not come up.
But if I type in my first nameserver :ns1.xxxxx.com,
then the site pop up ok.
Do anyone know what I can do to fix this?

There are 1001 things that could be wrong here.
1) Have you changed the DNS servers for the domain name via a whois search and allowed 24-48 hours for the update
2) Is the domain name in the DNS server named.conf
3) Have you tried a nslookup
It also sounds like the domain name hasn't been correctly added as a virtual host for apache and that the site is currently sitting as the default site for the apache server.
If you post back the domain name, IP of the server, and your DNS server name we'll all have a poke about :-)
xxxxx.com works fine for me...
Nah... Just kidding. Telling us your URL might help a little bit.

Case solved!
Thanks for your response to this post.
I think it just was john@domaincity`s nr. 1:
"Have you changed the DNS servers for the domain name via a whois search and allowed 24-48 hours for the update".
But in this case it took more than 72 hours for update.
