my domain was registered with totalnic.net and create name servers there but have had problems with setting it up for networksolutions as i have domains registered with them also the domain I'm using for my name servers is on totalnic is that a problem

You should have an admin email address which (in theory) an email was sent by NetSol to. I recently tried to create a host record, and although it said the same thing, I never got mail. If you don't get something soon, resubmit it. In fact, it can't hurt to resubmit it now anyway.

P.S. It took 4 days for the new host record to be created and another to be modified once I got confirmation that the changes were completed.
