HI
I took my pc for them to install a new cd burner drive
since the old one was not wokring
I get home and go to a music site
www.babybashmusic.com and hit media then hit the song :suga suga" to play in windows meda player and it wont play
I use to go there andit played perfectly
Did they change some setting or anything?? Why is this not working??

Did you plug your speakers back into the right port on the sound card? :D

It works now - I had to redownload the player?? dont know why but it works

first of all.. why didnt you install your own cd burner?
all u had to do was connect 3 wires (no joke!)
one for power, one for analog audio and one for ide (for the comp to "talk" to ure cd burner)
you cant mix em up.. theyre all different.. do it yourself!!

I assume it was under warranty if they took it back to best buy. Meaning they have to install it for you if it is. If it is a new pc (which i assume it is) opening the cover will void there warranty.
