Here are the server spec's

- 1 p3 700 mhz processor
- 384 Mb RAM
- 3 40 Gig 7200 rpm ATA 100 IDE drives
2 are in a hardware RAID 0 configuration making a NTFS partition of 75 Gig's
- Win2k Server SP2

Additional software
- Exchange 2000
- SQL Server 2000
- Serv-U FTP

Bandwidth is a OC3 that has multiple backbones

And uptime has maintained a 99% ratio

Terminal Services allows 2 remote administration accounts, so I would be one and the sharer would be the other.. TS allows full control of the server including shutting down the server (not recommended)

Resources, hd space, processor time would be split down the middle.. if you have a specific need/schedule it can probably be arranged..

In addition I have planned these upgrades for this server.. 2 866 mhz to 1 Ghz P3's (133 bus), 2 Gig's of RAM (133 bus), an additional 40 to 100 Gig IDE drive and possibly Windows XP Server

These upgrades are to executed in my own time.. (though if there is a specific need it can be arranged)
Downtime for these upgrades would be negligible except for Windows XP Server ;)
