Im a noob at this.. i just do plan shared reselling right now, but how much would my bandwidth transfer be?

the ad says that I will get at least 60 gigs a month trans and up to 3.2TB trans a month... why is it a range and not a fixed amount.. what factors influence how much I can spend a month?

They are giving a 10Mbit line to you so if you have people downloading from you constantly over the month you could pump out 3200GB (approx) however its unlikely you will get this high unless you do have some really busy sites.

From the resources provided, it might not be possible to hit the 3.2tb but if you do, they probably would not bill you for it.
