I am using ensim CP but when I add site by name JOLLY
and when jolly ftp its default directory is
/home/jolly
but for publishing html files the path is
/home/httpd/html
How can I change the path directly to the /html folder so whenever site owner ftp his default directory become
/home/httpd/html/

About the only way I've found to get to the html directory is to use a program like CuteFTP which allows for path bookmarks.
In CuteFTP, if you have your site's logon information in the site manager:
Right click on the site.
Choose Advanced - Add path bookmark
In the "Remote Path" field, put (without quotes) "/home/httpd/html"
When you get ready to log onto the site, click on the bookmark that's attached to the site and click Connect
Hope that helps some.
Another way is to use shortcuts but linking a directory to another one using the "ln -s " command.

Whenever I add any site in ensim say matt.com and user matt password 123456
Now when Matt will ftp via cuteftp he will be logged in his Matt directory but the directory of html publishing is html and you know the path where is it located.
I want solution that whenever the site user Matt ftp via cute ftp or any program his default directory is httpd.
I would like to ask you onething more that if site user delete any of its file like etc or usr of its directory will it effect server too.
Or if Matt telnet into this account and delete some of the files from server will it create problem to other sites too.
I hope you will be able to answer my questions cos webreseller use ENSIM
