I submit hepdesk and have not reply for 19 hours.. HMM..

Elapsed Time 19 hours
Since Last Action 19 hours

I just sign up with them last week.

I think about cancel with them, and look for other hosting reseller company. Do you know which is better service hosting reseller?

Not a good sign there bud.

Try:
http://www.nukehelpers.com
http://www.dathorn.com
http://www.unitedhosting.co.uk

Those three actually respond when you need it. ;)

Well give them a chance and after they reply, submit another ticket and see if this is their actual response time. Sometimes there might be a few delays and problems however when a host takes that much to answer every single ticket then that would mean that they need to improve their support system. If you are looking for an alternative then httpme.com, dathorn.com, clook.net could all be viable options.

I have been with planetshosting for awhile and had no problems.. what are you experiencing other than slow support.

I have not found any one who offers plans like they do..

For me it is an excellent way to do business.

I have to say there xpanels are what I wanted .

Are you saying that offering cheap hosting plans with slow support is an excellent way to do business?

Oh sorry, I must have misinterpreted you.

So anyways, are you saying that offering hosting plans with slow support is an excellent way to do business?

There xpanel plan is the best solution for me and has worked very well.

I have never experienced slow support from them..

Although I only needed them on initial setup and they did exceptional well at that, I have experienced 100% uptime for over 3 months.

That was why I asked ~BuckMaster~ what he was experiencing other than the slow support. perhaps it was with his registrar or it may have been slow due to his type of inquiry or who he sent the support request to. planetshosting has an auto responder when support is submitted. did he get a confirmation to his support request ?

Sometimes it may not seem to be what it is..

Until we know more we should not assume the hosting service is at fault.

I do recommend planetshosting for the plans they offer. if some one wants to have control over there resellers than the xpanel plan is the way to go.

19 hours is not long enough IMO. Just read their SLA or AUP. If they don't mentioned any guarantee about reply time, then It's your faults.

My host guarantee 5 minutes reply (using automatic responder :P) and 15 hours problem solved guarantee (of course if the problem is on the clientside and not the server)
