Hello,
first of all I have to say I'm a beginner in this area. I know what is domain name, web server.
1. But if I buy a hosting eg. at Dathorn and buy some domain name at Active-domain, how can I set that the domin name point to my web space?
2. At domain registration do I have to give the hosting server address? Or registration at hosting provider do I have to add domain name server information?
3.What happens if I choose later an other hosting provider?
4. Any good tutorial on the net for a newbie?
Thanks!

Basically speaking - your webhost will provide you with the nameserver information for your new account.
It is then a simple matter of going to the control panel for your domain name, chaning the name servers to what your host tells you and that is it.
If you change web hosts then your new hosts will give you two new nameservers to use - repeat as above.
When you register a domain name the company will use their own name servers and this in turn will probably point to a holding page.
Example Time:
I register the domain ffodsgmogm.com through my personal favourite www.123-reg.co.uk
The domain is registered in my name and by default the following two name servers are used:
ns.hosteurope.com
ns2.hosteurope.com
When I type www.ffodsgmogm.com into a browser I am taken to a 123-reg.co.uk holding page informing anybody who stops by that the domain name is taken.
Now I have my own mini-reseller account with another company entirely.
Once an account has been setup with my web hosts for this new domain I simply log into the control panel for my domain name and change the name servers to:
NS1.NACSERVER.COM
NS2.NACSERVER.COM
After DNS has finished propogating, should anybody type www.ffodsgmogm.com they will be taken to a blank page - or if you've uploaded your website your new site.
If in the future I decide I don't like my web host and want to move else where.
I log into the control panel for my domain once more and change those name servers to whatever my new host tells me to.

Thanks! It helps lot for me!
But one more question:
If I register www.my1.com, www.my2.com and www.my3.com and set the ns.xxx.com and ns2.xxx.com which comes from my web host provider.
How do the network know which directory on a web hosting server is for www.my1.com and which is www.my2.com?

Ah, that is all done by your host and nothing you need worry about.
In it's most basic form:
The nameservers for your web host become authorative for your domain names.
In turn they point your domain name to the IP address for the server which will host your site.
Then depending on if your hosts use Unix/Linux or Windows they configure the server for numerous web sites and direct traffic accordingly.
All you need to do is point the domain nameservers at your web host.
Once they become authorative they create what is known as a "Zone File" which contains records for e-mail, web, ftp etc.
