I need a flash xpert for my design team.

My head flash designer left so now we have nobody to fill his position. And all i need the flash person for is like my designers will make the site and i need you to just flash it up for us.

We are running off a subdomain for now, but when we sell 2 packages we will buy a domain and then start doing reselling hosting and such, we will be getting big fast. I got connections and such so i think it would be a good thing to join us.
