Hi,

I am managing domain registration for a friend that is currently
on vacation.

Opensrs.net is the solution used for registration.

I now have to change nameservers for one of the domains that
is registered with his reseller account.

As far as I know, the only way to change the users nameserver
is to login at https://manage.opensrs.net with the users
unique username / password.

Is there any way to do this from the resellers account?

Problem is that the username / password is sent directly to
customers email adress when I try to retrieve it from
opensrs.net reseller panel.

Thanks for any advice.

just change the email address before you do the nameserver change. Then change it back when you nameservers resolve or whenever.

Personally though I would not be messing with my "friend's" domain name when they are on vacation.

Good luck...

You can't do that...only the domain owner can. Another reason why we switched to eNom. OpenSRS is WAY to limiting, as to what their resellers can do. Basically, all you can do is sell domains, with openSRS...you can't do much else.

What could you do speaking in terms of your customer's domains with eNom? Just curious, may look into it
