Anyone have any comments on Merchant Express? Im thinking of signing up with them...

Looks like just another authorize.net preprocessor. You may be able to find better authorize.net deals elsewhere. Never heard of this particular one.

I actually have CSI through charge.com (I wish I did more research beforehand though)

I would rather give my eCommerce clients an authroize.net account through these guys, as their affiliate rate is pretty good.

Participants may not bump threads. Bumping can refer to posting useless information, making corrections or updates in a new post, posting one-liners or any other action to deliberately keep a thread hot or to bring it to the top of it's Forum. Moderators will use their discretion, depending on the nature of the post, as to whether to take action or not. I think the rules are clear enough.

dont request info from them because if you dont signup, they will send you spam every month afterwards, even a year later

Search around and ask questions... there are a lot of other merchant account programs out there so you want to be sure to have one... especially with a company that specializes in providing e-commerce merchant accounts.

Be sure to ask questions like:
- What do they charge for a monthly minimum?
- What do they charge for an annual fee?
- What is their termination/cancellation fee?
- What is their gateway setup fee and monthly fee?
- What is their gateway per transaction fee?

TB... Work those folks! Forget about affiliatte pennies. Get a piece of each one you send them. I do and you can too! Find one that will work with you and give you a reasonable % for what you GIVE them!

You can check out the excel spreadsheet in my signature (many have :)) as there is a section based completely on Authorize.net providers. Feel free to email me if you need a hand deciphering some things.

Thanks. I'm working on some updates for v3.3. Anyways, was that how you came to Merchant Express, or were you looking at others? Keep in mind, I have actually been in touch with EVERY merchant listed on there, so if you need a hand send me an email.

I haven't signed up with them yet but probably will in the next couple of weeks. They have quickly answered many pre-sales questions I emailed them. The fact that they are a member of the BBB and have the BBB reliability seal on their site rates high with me. I like the fact that they are upfront and post their prices on their web site. They have a decent Internet discount rate of 2.17%. They tell me the money would hit my bank account in 5 days. If you have extremely good credit it will be 2 days. I know pre-sales is different from post-sales but I like what I see in the pre-sales area.

Arkansas - Have been talking with Chris? That's who I talk to over there, and he indeed has been very quick on the draw when it comes to answering questions. Let us know when you sign up how things go.

I found merchant express through an affilate referal website.
