Is there any billing and support software for hosting company. If there is any then please let me know cos I would like to try a freeware before licence.

The only free billing system I know of off the top of my head is Freeside:

No guarantees as to how well it works, it's just one I've come across in the past.

I think he was looking for one for a webhosting company, but there are just general billing systems, which are not that good in my eyes (I was also looking for one a few weeks ago on hotscripts.com)
