I had a client inform me yesterday that the file manager would not let him save files larger than 2k. I have confirmed this and noted the problem seems to be server wide.
Does anyone know how this glitch happened and how to fix it?
Thanks

why not use FTP?
There are tactical reasons why some clients like to use cpanel file manager. If you are on a corporate network at your job and they don't let you use ftp, you can still use the file manager on control panel to edit pages - or at least a few of my clients do that.
There is something weird happening that larger file sizes can't be saved after editing and I hope someone else can diagnose what is causing this.

this is rather silli.. if the feature is there, and there is a glitch in it, it should be fixed... anyone can use ftp, so why provide the feature at all?
