Does anyone have any stories about Aletia Hosting?
They have nice plans but I cannot find any reviews.

I've been with them for a few weeks so far and they're awesome. I love their support, fast and friendly and great response time. I haven't had a bad experience with them so far.

Aletia is great! Anyone who has been on this board for a while knows that I LOVE ALETIA. They have great support and great packages (not that kind you sick, sick fool :D ). My demands are not high, but I did check thoroughly when I decided to switch.

Their plans are well thought out and priced, and they stand behind every promise they make.

Support is great and generally their attitude is friendly and efficient. See for yourself at their customers message board at http://www.aletiaforums.com.

I'm sure you'll find most other reviews of Aletia quite similar to mine.

As one of the moderators had observed before, it's "very odd" that a constant stream of newbies come here asking about Aletia.

And then have another newbie like EZ above give a glowing review that sounds like an advertising brochure.

Perhaps it's because Aletia is offering GREAT support and an excellent bang for the $ in terms of it's hosting plans? Aletia is a great host. Their SMTP server is slow but besides that, they're a fine host.

For those who have been coming here for awhile, they will know this is nothing new. Every month there is a new "host of the month". Some new people somehow find these host, ask multiple threads about the service, and amazingly someone (usually a few) respond about how great they are.

I am not saying Aletia has anything to do with this, however it is always funny how each month it is a new host who just appears as the next best thing. Especially when you consider there are 16,000 host out there. Oh well, I can't wait to see who Septembers "host of the month" is.
