Hi,

Just wanted to know what are your thoughts on saevens whois cart? Seems to have cpanel + direct admin intergration and the price is good for its bang.

I haven't used it yet but plan on getting it in the next few days to use with DirectAdmin control panel. There is some info on their forums (http://www.whoiscart.net/forums/), some on DirectAdmin's forums (http://www.directadmin.com/forum/), and a little here on WHT. Certainly a great price and they seem pretty responsive to customers from what I have read. The release of V2.2 is imminent.

Followup to my previous post > WhoisCart compares 25+ features in their new comparison chart with ModernBill lite, PhP Manager, PerlBill, ClientExec, WHM Autopilot, and more. It shows Credit Card processors supported, Customers supported at initial buy price, Domain registars supported, etc.

I use whois.cart and love it. I don't use cpanel or direct admin though. But it does support those features.

Currently it's on release candidate 4, which works great, only 1 bug found, but that was fixed pretty quick.
Anyways the 2.2 final should be out soon.

What about the client side website. where user can purchase? how does that get setup i'm still confuse??

Also, if i get whois.cart and cpanel.

I think that you should research hosting a little bit before posting here. This is a forum for reviews on whois.cart(). Yes, whois.cart() integrates with cPanel, and no, you won't need more than one billing software (whois.cart(), modernbill, whmautopilot, clientexec are some of the few most well-known).

You should research resellers and then search on these forums for some popular resellers

If you are a Reseller all you need is Whois.Cart (billing, order taking, auto account creation, etc)

If you are going to rent/buy a server, you will also need DirectAdmin or Cpanel (competitors, they provide the server controls for both you and your clients).

Please start at the Reseller stage, get to know how things work, then 6 months later you might be ready to get a dedicated server (assuming you know something about Linux or FreeBSD, etc).
