- Company's helpdesk must have a steady flow of 10 or more tickets per day.
- Company must have an established and active website.
- Company is allowed to accumulate all their clients and resellers client's questions into 1 unified helpdesk.
- Company may not already be a member of HelpISP.com
- If Company is not satisfied with the service, Company may cancel at any time.
- The HelpISP.com 14-day No-Risk trial period is for companies that sign up on or prior to October 1st, 2003. Trial period will begin within 24 hours after signup - unless furter information is required from client.

Per Server Plan
1  server  - $150 ($150 / server) - up to 300 domains
3  servers - $375 ($125 / server) - up to 1000 domains
5+ servers - $500 ($100 / server) - up to 2000 domains
