Would any hosting companies be interested in buying UNIQUE OSCommerce templates?
Do you think this is a good price for beginner that want to start an online store?

Well, firstly, a hosting company wouldn't but hosting. Next, if you're a beginner, you wouldn't have $600, only if you were a company. If you were a company you would want 12 months of hosting and also support.
My three cents.

This is for a person that wants to start a company and is a beginner to the internet. OSCommerce has an easy and powerful admin control.

they don't use OSCommerce as shopping cart for web hosting site. They might but I never see one yet.

It's not a bad idea.
I wouldn't structure it as a hosting company offering customized templates, rather the other way around. It would make more sense to sell and market customized, unique osCommerce templates with hosting included. The templates could even be leased as long as they hosted with you, so that if a customer left you could 'lease' the design to someone else.
In that scenario, you could then create another stream of income for yourself as a hosting reseller instead of just selling the templates.
As for the price, $100/mo. isn't bad if it includes the template lease and hosting.

Pulse: I've been considering the exact same thing, just looking for people to code/design the stuff. :)

If it's a unique design then it's too cheap. It it's a template that you'll use for other clients as well with some modification then it's priced just right.

Hello Guys,
Pulse: Sorry, I meant our main product is OSCommerce Unique Templates, and we also do offer coding. But our main product is OSCommerce.
We design and code the templates.
They come with PayPal, 2Checkout, and Authorize.net Payment Modules.
I was thinking also, to charge monthly $100/Month.
We are still deciding. Its either $600 or $100/Month.
Monthly would make more.
Keep the comments coming :)

We will probably have 2 different sites.
1.) Unique Templates $600/Each or $100/Month
2.) Templates sold more than once at $250/Each.
