I have a user trying to download images he has been sent in NeoMail. They are jpeg's, but when he does a right-click-->Save As...it will only save them as .bmp. Anybody know what causes this?

Nevermind. I found the problem in the Microsoft Knowledgebase. For posterity, I'll list the link here, as I know there are alot of folks using NeoMail with Cpanel, and it's bound to come up somewhere:
