Hi,
i'm currently hosted at Unitedcolo.com and I'm not sure if they are capping my server speed or not. My friend, who also is hosted there have the same exact problem. I've tried pinging IP of my server and I get these:
Reply from 63.246.133.240: bytes=32 time=292ms TTL=240
Reply from 63.246.133.240: bytes=32 time=296ms TTL=240
Reply from 63.246.133.240: bytes=32 time=290ms TTL=240
Reply from 63.246.133.240: bytes=32 time=305ms TTL=240
Ping statistics for 63.246.133.240:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 290ms, Maximum = 305ms, Average = 295ms
It used to be around "time=40-80ms", but 290-300ms is kind of too high!! In addition, the speed acts like this even after immediate reboot! This is abnormal.
Any clues? Anyone hosted there having this same problem?
