As I'm not that good at marketing I couldn't market all these sites however www.onlyphp.com is getting very nice results- Submissions almost everyday
Everything is fully automated no need to worry just about 15 minutes a day would be enough (Submission Approvals)

By the way I'm willing to sell http://www.buy-maillist.com individually which has generated 4 sales (1 yesterday - a proof of my sales will be shown to interested buyers) with almost no advertising .

The reason of selling is that I can't handle it by myself , yes it maybe easy however sometimes it takes my 2 days to get back to my home so it's hard to email customers with their download instructions.
(PM or email me with your serious offers) - I wouldn't like those kind of messages which have been posted a while ago on other forums (such as sitepoint) this thread.
