Their proposal seems great, and the reseller approach is a bit different but very good... yet, I was never able to stick to them...

1) Their MyServerWorld control panel misses sooooooo many of the options that are available in Cpanel or Ensim... things that each account really needs (like the file manager which allows you to Tar/unTar zipped files).

2) THEIR WEIRDEST PROBLEM is how their servers can hold on to a domain: for example, I cancelled a domain over 96 hours ago, and changed the domain's nameserver info through my DirectNic cpanel... and still 4 days later when I click on the domain it redirects me to their server and not my new one.

I have never used their services but WebFusion are a very large company and have been around for a long time.

do a search there maybe be a few negative threads regarding webfusion. a while back they updated the server control panel and caused a large amount of disruption and down time to their resellers.
