Hi all,
1) I am looking for template designers for templatequest.com, see info below -
2) I am also looking for a php coder to partner 50/50 on profits made by the site. You would be responsible for maintaining the backend scripting and help "touch it up" so to speak. the script is in working condition but is a bit "flaky" I will responsible for promotiing and the day to day management and admin of the site.

TEMPLATE DESIGNERS:
Here are some additional facts as to how the site is setup to work (taken from the ad you saw on coolhomepages):
Pay:
Template retail prices will be set at:
$25-$40 per template sold for HTML & PSD source
$40 - $65 per template sold for HTML, PSD & FLA source
OF THESE PRICES, 50% of EACH SALE WILL GO TO THE DESIGNER & 50% to admin for marketing, overhead expenses & affiliate payouts.
You will not be paid upfront, you will only be paid when your templates are sold. However, your templates will be sold multiple times and you will continue to earn from each one for a long time to come.
Payments will be made via PayPal to designers upon their request (no min. payout)
IF you are interested in working with us, you should meet the following qualifications:
* Ability to produce at least 2 new templates per month
* MUST be familiar with template sites & what a template is & be able to produce templates of similar quality to those of the top template sites on the internet (for example, ***************.com)
* Must be able to provide template sources as a zip file including PSD (sliced), HTML & (if applicable)FLA
