I write the following as a private person, not a sales person.
I need a portal project created by an experienced php programmer able to complete a project in a small amount of time preferebly using past projects.
The situation is that I need a portal system which "looks" hand coded and it has to work. I will be using this code as an example for my high school class as well as using the portal as our class' site.
It has to contain the following features:
- Member system (Nothing advanced, but with some auth in header and a signup for new members + a login)
- FAQ
- Survey
- Quick Status thing in the top showing a few stats like server status, browser info.
- Links section (Where people can submit as well)
- Downloads section (as above)
- Colums section (selected members can write columns which are submitted for approval by admin)
Also it is important that the portal is template based so we can run multiple versions for different classes.
Basicly all the above are old ideas and there are hundreds of open source examples of them. I need this system as fast as possible, so using open source or code from your previous projects is no problem at all.
I don't need any design or anything like that. But there needs to be an admin system which is decent and navigationable. Several admin types would also be a plus.
My budget is only at $250. I know this is too low, so I am not looking for the average programmer which sits down and spends several working days on writing this by hand. I am looking for someone who for example have done something similar in the past and can cook something usable together for that price or someone who belive this can be done for that price.
I can be flexible on the features as well, if there are some you have to exclude then that's o.k.
