If all your quotas are listed as 0 used and this is incorrect; Please consider running /scripts/fixquotas. [Your (a)quota.user files are probably corrupt]!
I get this message when I try to assign quotas to the domains Im hosting. Im using Cpanel/WHM and right now I have the word "unlimited" quota besides each one of the my client's domain name.

can anyone help?
Thanks!

Login as root via SSH and type the following

/scripts/fixquotas

If you don't have root access ask your host to do it for you.

can you pin point me to a place that shows me how to login via SSH? I am a newbie. and never used SSH... I would be most grateful!

Thanks! :)

Ask your web host, they should be able to give you specific instructions on which port address and ip address to use.
