Few Compaq's are that great of systems. A 333 CPU is a little dated, but not too bad. 64 Megs RAM isn't much, and Ram is so cheap now.. but, also, RAM is so cheap now. :-) So, what sort of slots does it have? What's the memory cpacity? Does it have onboard video and sound? I hope not! How many slots (PCI or ISA) does it have total and have open? What type of monitor? How large? Do you include shipping? What type of hard drive? (Please don't say it's a Maxtor!).

Does it have a modem? What type, if so? How old is it? Does it come with everything else? What about a CD Rom? What brand and speed? What is the motherboard like? Is everything basically built in? Does it have a floppy? A CD burner? Any accident history with anything of the Cola variety?

I'm always interested in adding systems to my home network, but a Compaq isn't a very good brand, unless you're talking a reall high end system. That's not much RAM (and twice that much RAM (128 megs) is only like $14), a 333 CPU isn't too bad though. You know the board is crap and probably had sound and video built in. I don't see it being worth $300, but it might be to someone. I might be interested, but not for $300. If you are willing to take less, let me know. Also, I wouldn't care so much about the monitor if that would save even more money. Then again, you probably want more than I'd be willing to pay, but I figured I'd ask how low you'd go anyway.
