The school I go to has a T1 line...for the whole district. That's like 12 schools.
Our download speeds get lower than 56k sometimes.
And I live in a place nicknamed "Silicon Valley" You'd think they should get a better line...they've has this one since like 1980.
I envy you.

My school is fast and all, but it's got some very tight filters. Yo can't even use google image search. Even wht is blocked. :D

The downstream in my dorm room sometime exceed 10MBits but at the moment it's just like a regular cable (~3Mbits). But in most other computer labs 30mbits babe.. :D
when I download big files from my own server (which has little bandwidth..) I feel hurt.. :D

Even wht is blocked .... :eek: I can understand that.
The fastest download speed I ever got at my school was 500kb/s :(

Yeah, being on an unmetered DS3 certainly sucks.
