Two unique options for very high traffic servers --
Option 1: $2645 - $2745 per month (depending on server hardware; for one server only) for an unlimited traffic 100 Mb/s port. Option 2: $1575 per month for an unlimited traffic 100 Mb/s port shared with 1 or 2 other customers (2-3 customers per port total). This service is recommend for customers which have less than 30 Mb/s peak traffic and are looking for a more affordable solution and do not need full 100 Mb/s burst capacity (though the capacity is there, presuming the other(s) are not using it). Note, however, that throughput here is not guaranteed (though the other customers on it, too, are encouraged to have <30 Mb/s traffic), as it is a shared port. i tried to follow ur link to sign up for windows 2003 WEB edition cel 1.7 plan , but it doesn't reduce the price to $99/month + $15/month = $114 for it, while it show $140/month, but it did waive the SETUP fee

To get the yearly price, you need to select the 1 year option.

you have a choice of 4 pricing: monthly, quarterly, 6 month or yearly; choose the one that you prefer (set-up with this special will be reduced to $0 for all).

Their support is absolutely horrible. They have forgotten to pay our CPanel licenses on more then two occasions. They also like to blame any of their network issues on their customers inetnet connections. Not to mention, you have to tell them you want to cancel every month unless you like paying for an extra month when they hold your credit card information against your will. For more information, look them up on the forums and read their TOS.

Go with a more reliable provider. The low cost isn't worth all the hassle.

One of the $1000/first month discounts for the 100 Mb/s unlimited traffic port has been claimed yesterday. So, if you are interested in this service, you should order ASAP to get the second (last) $1000/first month special discount for that.

Clearly you didn't understand that I'm still currently a customer of yours for many months now. Thank god this is my last month with your company. So therefore this thread is not considered bashing, slandering, etc etc.
