I recieved an email asking what the 'sub menu' thing was.

Basically it is what you see in the dropdown list, and anything else the company throws in, just to make it easier to see your selection from the category.

For example, if one of the links is Hosting, then the dropdown would have different plan names to choose from.

If you clicked just hosting, or one of the dropdowns, the submenu would display the hosting dropdown list in the form of links so they are readily available.
