I was stupid enough to stay with them after the first problem filled week. Really it's more like I was stuck because they live and die by the words "Read the TOS..NO REFUNDS". Sure they have great reponse times, but what good is that when nothing ever gets resolved. I had one brief stretch of somewhat reliable service but still was never able to get a decent backup of my site and then all a sudden WHAM BHAM they lost my entire site. Well over a 1000 combined hours went into that site and they lose it...no backup because it's not in their TOS and they aren't responsible because that is in the TOS!! and I get no refund of my money so I can move on to another host because it states in the TOS ..."NO REFUNDS". I was actually told by the owner of Mxhub that my few html files (Well over 100 pages worth) and few graphics (Well over 50mb worth) were nothing to get upset about losing. Shows how much they care about their customers doesn't it?
Don't ever use this company and encourage everyone you know to stay away!
Only thing that came out of this was finding out just how totally awesome the company Paysystems.com is. Since they took my credit card order for my Mxhub services I asked them to please refund my money. Without hesitation they refunded every cent and this proves to me that Paysystems is one outstanding company and worthy of anyones trust.
Just say no to MXHUB!! and yes to your sanity.
