You have already answered your own question. Its Microsoft. Does person really need to say anything more?

It depends on what you want to do with it. I used the Listbot before to send out my mailing list and it was pretty good. Support is responsive but you usually just get those pre-formatted answers.

Cancelled my account because it did not support what I need and they promptly refunded my money.

I have no problem with them.

I used them a long time ago to do search engine submissions. It is not bad until you have a problem. Support is non existant

I am not real techy on programming but can handle Frontpage & Dreamweaver.

The trouble with building an ecommerce website is the shopping cart, secured payment and shipping charges modules.
